What donating gets you

A donation funds development of the game and nothing else. It is a one-off payment, not a subscription, and there is nothing to cancel.

It buys nothing in the game

Donations do not grant items, currency, discounts, early access, tags, or any other benefit inside Duel of the Fates. Roblox does not permit off-platform payments to grant on-platform benefits, and we do not do it. Anything a donation funds is released to every player at the same time.

What it does not get you

• Ownership of any part of the game, its assets, or its code.
• Immunity from moderation. Donors are held to the same rules as everyone else, and a ban for breaking them does not entitle you to a refund.
• A guarantee that any specific feature will be built by any particular date.

Goals

Money given towards a goal is spent on that goal. If a goal does not reach its target, or costs less than expected, the remainder goes towards the next goal rather than being refunded. Where a goal is a deposit that is later returned to us, the returned money goes back into the next goal.

Requested assets

Where you fund a specific weapon, map, or model, nothing is charged until the request is accepted. Accepted work ships to all players rather than to you alone, and you are credited for it. Declining a request costs you nothing.

Refunds

Donations are voluntary and are generally not refundable, because the money is spent on what it was given for. If something has clearly gone wrong, such as a duplicate or mistaken payment, get in touch and we will sort it out.

Age

If you are under 18, do not donate without the permission of whoever owns the card.
