This policy covers battlepoint-studios.com, where you can donate towards the game and request assets for it. It does not cover Discord, Stripe or Roblox, all of which have their own policies.

What we store

• Your Discord user ID and username, if you sign in. Signing in is only needed to request an asset, so we can reach you about your own request.
• Your payments, held against your customer record with Stripe, our payment processor.
• Asset requests you submit, which are posted to our Discord along with your Discord name.

We do not run a database. Your sign-in is a signed cookie in your own browser, and everything else lives with Stripe or Discord.

We also count page views, so we can tell whether anyone is finding the site. That counting sets no cookie, does not follow you between sites, and records no name, account or IP address we could trace back to you.

Why we store it

To take payments and to answer requests. It is not used for advertising, it is not profiled, and it is never sold or shared with anyone.

How long we keep it

Payment records are kept as long as the law requires us to keep financial records. The sign-in cookie expires after 30 days, and signing out clears it immediately.

Removing your data

Contact us and we will remove what we can. If you are in the UK or EU you have the right to request a copy of what we hold and to have it erased, though records we must keep for tax purposes are an exception.

Do not donate without the permission of whoever owns the card.
